The exercise is set-up on a straight roadway in a closed course setting training facility. Two cones are placed in the center of the roadway, providing strict limits on space in the stopping area.
Purpose: This training is used for ABS and non-ABS exercises. Students perform the braking techniques at the designated straights and turns, at the preset course speeds (45-60 MPH), for safe execution. Maintaining smooth control and lane integrity is imperative.
